Crab cake burger or crab cake sandwich? Either way = delicious!
Funnily enough, I'm not the biggest fan of the flavor of crab, but in these sandwiches it tastes super good!
I topped mine with homemade chipotle mayo (recipe here), onion, grape tomatoes, pickles, and lettuce -- (wish we had some hot banana peppers to go with it too). YUMZ. And I also made some oven fries to go with it (recipe here), from both regular & sweet potatoes.
