i admit that this photo might not look that appetizing, or make you drool, but these blueberry pancakes i made this morning were very edible and pretty good no matter what they looked like!
whenever i make "american pancakes" (not to be confused with "finnish pancakes" that are more like crepes), i somehow end up making them huge. i only ate one of these bad boys for breakfast, since it was half the size of my face. mmm.
