oh la laa!
this morning i used our brand new belgian waffle maker for the first time, and let me tell you, it is a great addition to our kitchen gadget arsenal!
i used this recipe (click) for the waffle batter - i only changed one thing: because we don't have self-rising flour, i did what another user recommended and used regular flour with baking powder. worked out great!
the waffles were served and enjoyed with maple syrup, frozen mixed berries which i warmed up on the stove, and strawberry ice cream.
