oh my word, this was delicious! i used to go to a cool little cafe in the town we used to live in, and i would order a similar sandwich to this one. but since i don't live in that town anymore and i can't get those sandwiches from that cafe, i decided to make something myself!
what i used: a fresh roll, mayonnaise, thinly sliced granny smith apple, brie cheese, ham slices, a little salt and pepper. assemble sandwich, stick it in the toaster oven to crisp and melt, and enjoy with a cup of jasmine green tea. *heavenly*
