sunday night doesn't usually mean "leftovers night" at our house, but tonight it did since we still had a lot of the lasagna that i made the other day (click). i paired it with a little salad of lettuce, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, avocado, and croutons, dressed with ranch. simple, and delicious!
